We also offer consulting services involving sports training, testing, racing and optimisation of the training process.
Nutrition before and during competitions enables athletes to achieve their full potential and thus their goals. With the help of experts we can make sure that athlete eats enough on the day of the event and in the previous days and that the food selection is optimal.
For each training we need energy to complete it successfully. WIth periodization of the nutrition we can plan that you have enough energy for each training session as well we can enhance some training adaptations.
